Responsibilities:
·         Promote loan products and provide quality customer services
·         Handle and process the loan applications and transactions
·         Handle customer enquiries and request
·         Provide administrative support and assist in all operational matters
 
Requirement:
·         Higher Diploma or above
·         Minimum 1 year’s relevant experience in financial industry
·         Proactive and self-motivated
·         Good interpersonal and communication skills
(Candidates with less experience may be considered for the post of Operation Clerk – Revolving Credit)
Responsibilities:
·         Follow up repayment with delinquent customers by telephone dunning, written communications and outdoor           visits
·         Monitor loans account and carry out appropriate actions for delinquent or problematic accounts
·         Assist in monitoring delinquency, loan losses and bad debt recovery
·         Provide administrative support and assist in any ad-hoc task assigned

 

Requirements:
·         Higher Diploma or above
·         Preferably with some experience in consumer loans collection
·         Good telephone manner, mature and able to work independently
·         Good communication and interpersonal skills
·         Good PC skills, fast and accurate typing
(Candidates with more experience may be considered for the post of Collection Officer – Consumer Loans)
Responsibilities:
·         Act as a coordinator between branches / departments in IT related projects
·         Perform IT system maintenance and handle related enquiries from branches and departments
·         Assist to perform User Acceptance Test for system enhancement
·         Provide administrative support and assist in any ad-hoc projects assigned
 
Requirements:
·         Diploma holder or above
·         Sound PC knowledge in MS Office 
·         Well-organized with good analytical and communication skills
Responsibilities:
·         Communicate with media agency and production house in developing media plan and promotion materials
·         Coordinate with internal departments and branches in implementing promotion and marketing activities
·         Arrange press interview and handle media queries
·         Handle and monitor mortgage referral agency application and review
·         Prepare reports and provide administrative support and perform ad hoc task as assigned
 
Requirements:
·         University degree in Marketing, Business or related disciplines
·         Preferably with relevant experience in marketing aspect
·         Detail minded with marketing knowledge / concept 
·         Sound knowledge of internet and computer skills
·         Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Responsibilities:
·         Process personal, mortgage and other consumer loans applications
·         Promote loan products and provide counter services
·         Assist in credit approval and credit review
 
Requirements:
·         Higher Diploma or above
·         Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in financial industry
·         Mortgage loan experience is an advantage
·         Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
·         Good PC skills, fast and accurate typing
Responsibilities:
·         Assist in personal loan processing
·         Provide counter services and other clerical duties
·         Cross-sell loan products to customers
 
Requirements:
·         Secondary education or above
·         Preferably 1 year’s customer services experience
·         Customer-oriented, self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills
·         Good PC skills, fast and accurate typing
