Responsibilities:

  • Solicit and generate significant mortgage loan business to achieve the assigned sales target and loan growth with customer service excellence
  • Build and deepen existing client relationships. Provide professional advice and services to customer and follow through the mortgage application cycle
  • Make sales calls to potential customers and provide total product solution to customers
  • Actively participate in roadshows, property fairs and sales launch at developers' sites according to business direction
  • Establish and develop relations with referral parties including mortgage intermediaries, property agencies, solicitor firms and housing developers etc
  • Control potential credit risk and ensure loan proceedings in compliance with procedural and documentation requirements
  • Handle client enquiries or complaints if any

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or equivalent
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in mortgage loan sales
  • Committed and self-motivated with positive attitude and can work independently
  • Excellent selling technique and customer service skills
  • A good team player and be able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese

 

Responsibilities:

  • Generate significant new business by selling loan products with quality counter service provision to clients
  • Perform telemarketing to promote and solicit new business
  • Build and deepen existing client relationships. Handle client enquiries or complaints if any
  • Handle clients’ applications with high accuracy and ensure appropriate documentations relating to the applications are received from the clients
  • Appropriately assess risks & perform KYC/AML duties. Ensure all documentations from clients are complete and up to date

 

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in sales industry. Knowledge of loan products will be a plus
  • Be committed, self-motivated with positive attitude and can work independently
  • Excellent selling technique & customer service skills
  • A good team player and be able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese

Candidates with less experience may be considered for the post of Relationship Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Promote loan products and provide quality customer services
  • Handle and process the loan applications and transactions with high accuracy and ensure appropriate documentations relating to the applications are received from the clients.
  • Build and deepen existing client relationships. Handle client enquiries, requests or complaints if any.
  • Provide administrative support and assist in all operational matters
  • Appropriately assess risks & perform KYC/AML duties. Ensure all documentations from clients are complete and up to date.
  • Assist in ad hoc projects

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in loan industry. Knowledge of revolving credit product will be a plus
  • Be committed, self-motivated with positive attitude and can work independently
  • Excellent customer service skills with good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Develop new sales channel to expand our customer base

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily credit approval and administration of consumer loan products and ensure proper credit control to mitigate potential credit risks
  • Supervise credit approvers in monitoring credit quality of the loan portfolio
  • Perform credit assessment, evaluation and approval of consumer loan applications
  • Liaise with frontline branches on credit approval results
  • Monitor and manage loans portfolio quality from credit risk point of view and identify necessary action for credit risk mitigation
  • Fine tune approval practices to mitigate potential credit risks
  • Review, formulate and maintain in-house credit policies, related procedural manuals and credit risk control measures on regular basis to minimise credit loss
  • Drive the simplification of credit approval criteria and process  
  • Monitor and supervise subordinates to ensure smooth operation of the department

 

Requirements:

  • University degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years' credit assessment and risk management experience in lending business of the banking field, preferably with experience in portfolio management
  • Strong analytical skills with sound credit judgement
  • Self-motivated, mature with a strong sense of responsibility and good communication skills
  • Attentive to details and able to work under pressure
  • Good command of written English and Chinese

  • Formulate and maintain in-house procedure manuals to ensure compliance with regulatory and Group requirements
  • Assist in disseminating the latest regulatory requirements to the relevant business or operations units and follow up with the respective units on the respective implementation plan
  • Develop and implement AML/CFT related / ad-hoc tasks and projects
  • Provide AML/CFT related ad hoc and on-going training
  • Provide advice on compliance, regulatory, AML/CFT related inquiries to stakeholders
  • Report any compliance /AML/CFT related issues to management
  • Assist in liaising with Audit and the regulators such as the Hong Kong Monetary Authority

 

Requirements:

  • University degree in Laws, Finance or relevant discipline
  • Minimum 10 year’s in compliance, audit and related fields with hands-on experience in compliance, preferably with knowledge in loans
  • Good interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to achieving acquisition targets and product financial performance.  Support strategic program roadmaps development, launches and marketing to gain maximum benefit from loan product
  • Manage and supervise operations of the department, assist the team head to accomplish established goals and conduct personnel duties for team
  • Execute our client value propositions, positioning, segmentation, pricing, targeting, channel strategies, and competitive differentiation to become the preferred partner of our clients
  • Facilitate and cultivate online communities through various social media channels; and evaluate strategies to enhance brand awareness to the public
  • Coordinate with advertising agencies to develop advertising and promotion materials; and monitor vendors to ensure the quality of promotion materials is up to standard.
  • Partner with sales and marketing, and technology teams to resolve strategic issues and to ensure the delivery of products is in line with company strategies
  • Assess risks associating with business decisions thoroughly to safeguard reputation of the Company and the Bank.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years' related experience
  • Knowledge in lending products, strong business acumen and marketing sense
  • Strong ownership and good communication skills
  • Creative with good problem solving skills
  • Capable of collaborating with managers to design effective presentation

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor loans accounts and carry out appropriate actions for delinquent or problematic accounts
  • Prepare and check proposals, monitoring reports and statistic reports
  • Take legal action against debtor according to the instruction from manager with make recommendation / suggestion on the action taken against debtors
  • Prepare relevant documents for legal actions
  • Assist manager to monitor overall performance of delinquent accounts and control delinquent ratio
  • Perform administrative duties and provide clerical support

 

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in consumer loans collection
  • Good telephone manner, mature and able to work independently
  • Good communication skill and emotional control
  • Good concept on debt collection
  • Good PC skills
