Responsibilities:

  • Provide compliance and regulatory supports for Card and Unsecured Lending business
  • Formulate and maintain in-house procedure manuals to ensure compliance with regulatory and Group requirements
  • Study the latest regulatory requirements applicable to relevant business or operations units. Discuss with related stakeholders to formulate action plan
  • Develop and implement AML/CFT related / ad-hoc tasks and projects
  • Provide AML/CFT related ad hoc and on-going training
  • Provide advice on compliance, regulatory, AML/CFT related inquiries to stakeholders
  • Report any compliance /AML/CFT related issues to Head
  • Assist in liaising with Audit and the regulators such as the Hong Kong Monetary Authority

 

Requirements:

  • University degree in Laws, Finance or relevant discipline
  • Minimum 5 years in compliance, audit and related fields with hands-on experience in compliance, preferably with knowledge in consumer loans
  • Good interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills
  • Independent, self-motivated, mature with a strong sense of responsibility and good communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Good command of written English and Chinese

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to achievement of acquisition targets & product financial performance, support strategic program roadmaps development, launches and marketing to gain maximum benefit from loan product
  • Manage and supervise the operation of the department, assist the team head to accomplish established goals and conduct personnel duties for team
  • Execute the client value propositions, positioning, segmentation, pricing, targeting, channel strategies, and competitive differentiation to achieve preferred status as partner to clients
  • Facilitate and cultivate online communities through various social media channels, evaluate strategies to enhance brand awareness to the public
  • Coordinate with advertising agency to develop the advertising and promotion materials, and monitor the vendors to ensure the quality of the promotion material is up to standard.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders including multiple sales channel such as Branch Channel and other referrals and aggregators channels to enhance product and process based on frontline feedback and work with other key business unit in Retail Banking to ensure the delivery of products in line with company strategies
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding the Bank.

 

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years related experience
  • Knowledge in lending products, strong business acumen and marketing sense
  • Strong ownership & good communication skills.
  • Good creativity and problem solving skills.
  • Good ability to collaborate with mangers in designing effective presentation

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle loan application processing, including loan drawdown & disbursement
  • Communicate with customer on loan offering and any other outstanding issues
  • Handle customer enquiries
  • Provide administrative support and assist in all operational matters
  • Perform ad hoc task as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in financial industry
  • Able to work under pressure and independently
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good PC skills, fast and accurate typing

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor loans accounts and carry out appropriate actions for delinquent or problematic accounts
  • Prepare and check different proposals and reports
  • Prepare and follow up the legal actions against debtors according to the instructions of superiors and provide recommendations / suggestions in the process
  • Assist manager to monitor overall performance of delinquent accounts and control delinquent ratio
  • Perform administrative duties and provide clerical support

 

 

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in consumer loans collection
  • Good telephone manner, mature and able to work independently
  • Good communication skill and emotional control
  • Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  • Good concept on debt collection
  • Good PC skills

 

Responsibilities:

  • Generate significant new business by selling loan products with quality counter service provision to clients
  • Perform telemarketing to promote and solicit new business
  • Build and deepen existing client relationships. Handle client enquiries or complaints if any
  • Handle clients’ applications with high accuracy and ensure appropriate documentations relating to the applications are received from the clients
  • Appropriately assess risks & perform KYC/AML duties. Ensure all documentations from clients are complete and up to date

 

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in sales industry. Knowledge of loan products will be a plus
  • Be committed, self-motivated with positive attitude and can work independently
  • Excellent selling technique & customer service skills
  • A good team player and be able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese

Candidates with less experience may be considered for the post of Relationship Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Handle both Inbound & Outbound call to promote our product and service offering
  • Achieve the assigned sales targets and objectives with meet service standard
  • Maintain and build long-term relationship with customers
  • Define customer requirements and advise best solution to meet customer needs
  • Ensure full compliance with the bank’s policies & procedures

 

Requirements:

  • Secondary education or above
  • 1-3 years’ relevant experience in telemarketing or customer services, preferrable in banking and finance industry. Knowledge of card and loan products will be a plus.
  • Ability and willingness to learn about products and services specifications and benefits
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Strong work ethic, attention to details, self-motivated and a good team player
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote loan products and provide quality customer services
  • Handle and process the loan applications and transactions with high accuracy and ensure appropriate documentations relating to the applications are received from the clients.

  • Be committed, self-motivated with positive attitude and can work independently
  • Excellent customer service skills with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • A good team player and be able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
